ACH Debit Authorization

When you link a bank account on this site you will be asked to accept the following authorization on Stripe's secure checkout page. It is reproduced here so you can read it any time. Stripe stores a record of your acceptance and emails you a confirmation, as required by Nacha (the ACH network) rules.

Authorization

Each time you click Pay, you authorize Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC to debit the bank account you select for the specific amount shown on that screen — a single, one-time ACH debit for the booth rent or other charge you have chosen to pay. This authorization applies only to the payment you are submitting at that moment.

There are no recurring or automatic debits. Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC will never draft your bank account on a schedule or without you initiating the payment yourself. Every debit happens only because you clicked Pay for that exact amount. Saving a bank account for convenience does not authorize any charge — it only lets your account prefill the next time you choose to pay.

What the amount will be

The amount debited is always the exact figure shown on the payment screen before you click Pay — either your booth rent as stated in your Booth Rental Agreement, or any amount you enter yourself (for example, to prepay ahead or pay a partial balance). Nothing is ever debited that you have not just approved on screen.

Revoking a saved bank account

Because nothing is automatic, there is nothing recurring to cancel. To remove a saved bank account so it no longer prefills, open Payment methods in your portal and click Remove, or email billing@lalasbeautyandnails.com. A one-time debit you have already submitted will still finish processing.

Returned debits

If your bank returns a debit (for example, for insufficient funds), rent remains due and the charge will show as Failed in your account so you can retry. We do not charge a returned-payment fee, but late fees in our Terms may apply if rent is not received within the grace period.

Business identity on your bank statement

Debits will appear on your statement as LALAS BOOTH RENT.
