ACH Debit Authorization

When you link a bank account on this site you will be asked to accept the following authorization on Stripe's secure checkout page. It is reproduced here so you can read it any time. Stripe stores a record of your acceptance and emails you a confirmation, as required by Nacha (the ACH network) rules.

Authorization

By clicking Pay, Subscribe, or Save, you authorize Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC to debit the bank account specified for any amount owed for charges arising from your use of Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC's services and/or purchase of products from Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC, pursuant to Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC's website and terms, until this authorization is revoked. You may amend or cancel this authorization at any time by providing notice to Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC with 30 (thirty) days notice.

If you use Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC's services or purchase additional products periodically pursuant to Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC's terms, you authorize Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC to debit your bank account periodically. Payments that fall outside of the regular debits authorized above will only be debited after your authorization is obtained.

What the recurring amount will be

For autopay, the recurring debit is your booth rent as stated in your Booth Rental Agreement and shown on the Autopay page of your account (for example, "$225.00 USD every Tuesday"). It will not change without at least 30 days written notice to you, and we will give at least 7 days notice before changing the timing of a recurring debit. One-time charges you approve (such as a late fee) are debited only when you click Pay on that specific charge.

How to cancel

• Sign in and click Turn off autopay on the Autopay page, or
• Email billing@lalasbeautyandnails.com or call [(555) 555-5555].

Please allow up to 30 days; a debit already scheduled within that window may still process.

Returned debits

If your bank returns a debit (for example, for insufficient funds), rent remains due and the charge will show as Failed in your account so you can retry. We do not charge a returned-payment fee, but late fees in our Terms may apply if rent is not received within the grace period.

Business identity on your bank statement

Debits will appear on your statement as LALAS BOOTH RENT.
