Refund Policy
Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC · Effective September 15, 2026
This policy explains when booth rent paid through this website can be refunded and how refunds are issued. It applies to all payments made to Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC ("we", "us", the "Salon") by booth rental tenants ("you"). For ending autopay or your lease, see our Cancellation Policy.
1. What you are paying for
Payments on this site are for the rental of a salon booth or nail station at [Street Address], [City], CA [ZIP], for the rental period shown on the charge (for example, "Booth 3 — Oct 6 to Oct 12"). Rent is due in advance of each period. Occasional additional charges (such as a late fee or a supplies charge you agreed to) are itemized separately and described on the charge before you pay.
2. When rent is refundable
Rent for a period that has already started is non-refundable. Because a booth is reserved exclusively for you, we cannot re-rent it once the period has begun, whether or not you used the station.
You are eligible for a full refund of a payment when:
- You were charged twice for the same rental period;
- You were charged an amount different from your Booth Rental Agreement, or for a period after your lease ended;
- You paid rent for a future period and then gave written notice ending your lease before that period started (see the Cancellation Policy);
- An autopay debit ran after you cancelled autopay and the 30-day notice window had passed; or
- The Salon was closed for the entire rental period due to circumstances within our control.
3. Fees
Late fees are refundable only if they were applied in error (for example, your payment was received on time but recorded late). Charges for products or supplies you received are not refundable once delivered.
4. How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the same bank account the payment came from. Because payments are ACH bank debits, a refund is sent as a separate credit to your account; it will not appear as a "reversal" of the original debit. Refunds typically post within 3–5 business days after we approve them. ACH does not support partial refunds, so where a partial credit is owed we will apply it to your next rent period or, if your lease has ended, refund the full payment and invoice the difference.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@lalasbeautyandnails.com, call [(555) 555-5555], or ask at the front desk within 60 days of the payment. Include your name, booth, the payment date and amount. We respond within one business day and, if approved, issue the refund the same day.
6. Failed or returned bank debits
If a debit is returned by your bank (insufficient funds, closed account, debit blocked), the charge shows as Failed in your account and rent remains due. You can retry the payment or link a different bank account. We do not charge a returned-payment fee; late fees in our Terms may apply if rent isn't received within the 3-day grace period.
7. Please contact us before disputing a debit with your bank
Under ACH network (Nacha) rules, a dispute filed through your bank is final, cannot be appealed, and automatically revokes your payment authorization, so your bank account can no longer be used for rent. In nearly every case we can resolve a billing issue and issue a refund faster by working with you directly. If you believe a debit was unauthorized or incorrect, contact us first.
