Cancellation Policy

This policy covers two different things you might want to cancel: autopay (the automatic bank debit for your rent) and your booth rental itself. It applies to all tenants of Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC ("we", "us", the "Salon"). Refund rules are in our Refund Policy.

1. Cancelling autopay

Autopay is optional. You can turn it off at any time, no reason needed, in either of these ways:

• Sign in, open the Autopay page, and click Turn off autopay; or
• Give us written notice by email to billing@lalasbeautyandnails.com.

Consistent with your ACH Debit Authorization, please allow up to 30 days for cancellation to take effect. A debit that is already scheduled within that window may still process; if it does and rent for that period was not owed, it is refundable under the Refund Policy. Cancelling autopay does not end your lease: rent stays due each period and can be paid manually from your account Overview.

2. Changing your bank account

You can replace the bank account behind autopay at any time from the Autopay page ("Use a different bank account"). The new account takes effect for the next scheduled debit. This is not a cancellation and does not require notice.

3. Ending your booth rental (lease)

Your written Booth Rental Agreement governs how your lease ends. Unless it says otherwise:

• Either you or the Salon may end the lease with 30 days written notice.
• Rent is owed through the end of the notice period, whether or not you continue to use the booth.
• Any rent you prepaid for periods after the lease end date is refunded in full under the Refund Policy.
• When your lease ends we automatically cancel autopay and void any future rent charges in your account.

To give notice, email billing@lalasbeautyandnails.com or hand a signed note to the front desk. We confirm receipt in writing within one business day.

4. Cancellation by the Salon

The Salon may end a lease with the same 30 days notice, or immediately for the reasons listed in your Booth Rental Agreement (for example, repeated non-payment, loss of professional license, or conduct that endangers staff or clients). In an immediate termination, any prepaid rent for periods after the termination date is refunded.

5. Revoking your ACH authorization

Your ACH Debit Authorization is separate from autopay. You may revoke it entirely by written notice with 30 days notice. Once revoked, we will not debit your bank account for anything, and any future rent must be paid by another method arranged with the Salon.
