Cancellation Policy

This policy covers your booth rental itself and how to remove a saved bank account. There is nothing recurring to cancel: rent is never debited automatically — you submit every payment yourself. It applies to all tenants of Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC ("we", "us", the "Salon"). Refund rules are in our Refund Policy.

1. Removing a saved bank account

Saving a bank account is only for convenience — it never authorizes an automatic charge, so there is no autopay to switch off. To remove a saved account so it no longer prefills at checkout, sign in, open Payment methods, and click Remove; or email us at billing@lalasbeautyandnails.com. A one-time payment you have already submitted will still finish processing. Removing a saved account does not end your lease: rent stays due each period and is paid manually from your account.

2. Adding or changing your bank account

You can save as many bank accounts as you like and choose which one prefills, any time from the Payment methods page. This is not a cancellation and does not require notice.

3. Ending your booth rental (lease)

Your written Booth Rental Agreement governs how your lease ends. Unless it says otherwise:

• Either you or the Salon may end the lease with 30 days written notice.
• Rent is owed through the end of the notice period, whether or not you continue to use the booth.
• Any rent you prepaid for periods after the lease end date is refunded in full under the Refund Policy.
• When your lease ends we void any outstanding rent charges in your account.

To give notice, email billing@lalasbeautyandnails.com or hand a signed note to the front desk. We confirm receipt in writing within one business day.

4. Cancellation by the Salon

The Salon may end a lease with the same 30 days notice, or immediately for the reasons listed in your Booth Rental Agreement (for example, repeated non-payment, loss of professional license, or conduct that endangers staff or clients). In an immediate termination, any prepaid rent for periods after the termination date is refunded.

5. Your ACH authorization

Each ACH debit is authorized by you individually, at the moment you click Pay, for the exact amount shown — see the ACH Debit Authorization. There is no standing or recurring authorization to revoke. If you prefer to arrange rent by another method, contact the Salon.
