How rent payments work

You sign a booth rental agreement
Your agreement states the booth, your rent amount in US dollars, how often it's due (weekly, every two weeks, or monthly), and your due day.

You verify your identity
Bring a photo ID, your Social Security card, and three months of bank statements to the salon, or email them to us. One-time, usually confirmed within a business day.

We send your portal link
Once verified, you get an email invite. Sign in with the secure link, then set a password if you'd like one.

Pay rent whenever you like
Your booth and rent amount are always shown in your account. Pay the full rent with one click, or type in any amount to prepay ahead or catch up. Nothing is ever charged automatically — you submit every payment yourself.

Link your bank account through Stripe
Stripe verifies your US bank account instantly (or with two small test deposits) and saves it so you never re-link. You'll review and accept an ACH debit authorization before anything is charged.

Payment clears in 1–4 business days
ACH is not instant. Your payment shows as Processing until your bank confirms it, then Paid. You'll get an email receipt from Stripe.
Pricing
All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD). Booth rent is set per tenant in your written rental agreement. Current rates at Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC typically fall in these ranges:

Rent includes use of the station and shared facilities during salon hours. Product, retail, and backbar supplies are not included unless stated in your agreement. Late payments may incur a $25 USD late fee after a 3-day grace period (see Terms). There are no other fees for paying through this portal — Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC covers Stripe's ACH processing cost.
Accepted payment method
ACH Direct Debit from a US checking or savings account, via Stripe. We don't accept cards, cash app transfers, or crypto through this site.
