This Privacy Policy describes how Lala's Beauty and Nails LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our booth rent payment website. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. Information we collect

• Account information you or the Salon provide: your name, email address, phone number, and booth assignment.
• Lease and payment records: your rent amount, billing cadence, due dates, charge history, payment status, and the bank name and last four digits of any linked account.
• Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you visit, plus cookies needed to keep you signed in.
• Identity verification documents: before portal access is granted we review a government photo ID, your Social Security card, and three months of bank statements, submitted in person or by email. Copies are kept in a locked file and an access-controlled folder available only to salon ownership. They are never stored in this website's database or shared with Stripe or any other vendor. ID and Social Security card copies are destroyed within 30 days of verification; bank statements are kept for the life of your lease plus 90 days. See the Identity Verification page.
• Authorization records: the date, time, and IP address at which you accepted an ACH debit authorization, as required by ACH network (Nacha) rules.

We never collect or store your full bank account or routing number. Those are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor, on Stripe-hosted pages.

2. How we use information

• To bill and collect booth rent and other charges under your Booth Rental Agreement.
• To send receipts, payment reminders, failed-payment notices, and required ACH authorization confirmations.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To secure the site, prevent fraud, and comply with legal, tax, and payment-network obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

• Stripe, Inc. — processes payments, verifies bank accounts, and stores your payment method. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — hosts our database and sign-in service.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Email delivery providers — send sign-in links and notices.
• Professional advisors and authorities — our accountant, or a court or regulator when legally required.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and security cookies set by Stripe during checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Security

All traffic to this site is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). Payment pages are hosted by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor, and bank verification uses Stripe Financial Connections. Our database enforces row-level access controls so tenants can only see their own records. Access to admin tools is limited to Salon ownership.

6. Retention

We keep lease and payment records for 7 years after your lease ends to satisfy tax and payment-network record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize them. Sign-in logs are kept for 90 days.

7. Your choices and rights

You can view and update your contact details in your account, unlink a bank account by contacting us, and request a copy or deletion of your personal information (subject to the retention obligations above) by emailing billing@lalasbeautyandnails.com. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA by the same contact; we do not sell personal information and have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

8. Children

This site is for adult business tenants and is not directed to anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We'll post any changes here with a new effective date and email tenants about material changes.
